Most orders placed by 2pm will be processed and dispatched for next day delivery via our secure courier. Additional time may be taken for out of stock or unusual items. Our courier will require a signature when your order is delivered.
Orders with a value of £150 excluding VAT and above will be delivered free of charge via a method of our choosing – typically with our preferred courier. Orders with a value below £150 excluding VAT – delivery will be charged at £8.50 plus VAT. This applies to UK mainland only.
Please note, our courier charges a surcharge for delivering to outlying areas of the UK. E.g. Scottish Highlands & Islands, Northern Ireland, Isle of Man, Scilly Isles, Channel Islands, Isle of Wight etc. If your address is included on our courier’s outlying area list, we will contact you. We will advise you of the surcharge cost and you will then have the choice to pay the surcharge or cancel your order if you wish.
Unfortunately we cannot deliver to PO Box, BFPO or addresses abroad.
