Return/Refunds Policy
You have the right to cancel within 7 days of your contract with us or 7 days of receipt of your goods ( whichever is longer ).
If you cancel your order - it is your responsibility for the safe,secure return of goods - after which the goods will be inspected and refunded if still in original state ( including packaging ).
Changed your mind or ordered incorrectly ?
If you wish to return an order to us, please call us on 0117 966 9845 to talk to a member of staff or email us info@georgecarrpowerproducts.co.uk within 7 days of receiving your order.
We will issue a refund or exchange the good(s) depending on your request, on receipt of the goods.
We are unable to refund shipping charges. Where an order was placed and free shipping was supplied, we will deduct the standard shipping cost ( 6.50 plus VAT ) from your refund.
Cstomers must return items to us within 30 days in an unused, in the the original packaging, and in a resaleable condition.
You are responsible for the shipping and insurnace cost of returning the goods.
Refunds will usually be made to the payment card used for the original purchase - this may take up to 7 days to appear as cleared funds.
Faulty or Damaged Goods
You must inform us within 7 days of receiving your order.
We will issue a refund or dispatch a replacement on receipt of the goods.
In this case we can arrange the collection of goods or refund shipping costs incurred by you getting items back to us.
